HOLY BIBLE

We believe that the Bible (Both Old and New Testament) is the infallible word of God. The Bible is comprised of writings inspired by God to chosen authors to reveal to us the story of salvation, redemption, justification and restoration. The bible is true and present relevant truths to benefit human life past, present, future.

 

GOD

We believe that God is triune consisting of God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. It is God who is the creator of everything and our world is held together by his sovereignty.

JESUS CHRIST

We believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that He was sent to the earth to preach the kingdom of God and offer salvation to all who believe in Him. Jesus lived on the earth as a man, performed many miracles, died on the cross and rose again. We believe that Jesus has ascended back to heaven and is coming again.

 

HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity. His role is to teach, equip, comfort and empower us to be great disciples of Christ. It is through the power of the Holy Spirit that the church was formed and it is the power of the spirit that keeps the church. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to be great witnesses of Christ through many gifts. We believe in the gifts of the spirit and their usefulness in our personal lives and the corporate assembly. Sanctification is only accomplished through the inner workings of the Holy Spirit

 

VIRGIN BIRTH

We believe that Jesus was born of the virgin Mary as prophesied in scriptures.

 

SALVATION

We believe that due to sin on the earth that he human soul needs salvation. Sin has disconnected mankind from our Creator bringing about both physical and spiritual death. The wages of sin is death and eternal separation from God. We believe Jesus came to the world to save the world and to offer reconnection to the Father. The only way to receive this salvation is through the acceptance of Christ as Lord and Savior. Salvation is available to all who choose to believe.

 

BAPTISM

We believe in water baptism. Water baptism is a public sign of a spirit phenomenon. Baptism does not save us, but baptism is a practice to reveal to the world of our conversion and decision to follow Christ. We believe in baptism as submersion into water revealing the death of the old man and the life of the new man in Christ.
